If there’s a technical issue, we’ll fix it fast. If you’re still not happy, you can get a refund.

Refunds take 7 days and go back to the original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that your internet speed should not be slow, or else you will not be able to watch and use our IPTV service.

Our team is always ready to answer 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and if for any reason you cannot configure our iptv service on the devices you own, this will not include any refunds. Please check and learn the necessary tutorials on how to configure IPTV.
